CH06 is added to the final clean water quench tank. A separate
tank for passivation is not required.

Low consumption rates. Approximately 40,000 square feet of
galvanized steel may be passivated per quart of product.
No separate final rinse stage required and less water

No addition to processing time of work due to the inclusion of
the passivator in the quench tank
